He found out, unbeknownst to me, that my shower drain had a broken pipe. Shower water was just draining under the house. Wow! So glad he discovered it before it did more damage under my house. However, the poor guy had to go under the house to complete. You wouldn't catch me crawling under there. God bless him. Keep that guy around in case I need anything else fixed! What a nice guy!
